Overview
JackpotX ("the App") is a statistical lottery analysis tool. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
Account Information

Email address — collected via Google or Apple sign-in (OAuth). Used solely for account identification and subscription management.

Display name — from your OAuth provider (Google or Apple). Displayed in your profile. We do not collect names separately.
Usage Data
•
App interactions — screens viewed, features used, subscription status. Used to improve the app experience.
•
Device information — device type, OS version, app version. Used for crash reporting and compatibility.
Data We Do NOT Collect
•
Payment card numbers (handled entirely by Apple and Google).
•
Lottery ticket numbers or purchase history.
Third-Party Services
•
Supabase — authentication and database.

Advertising
Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. Subscribing to JackpotX Pro removes all advertising. You can manage ad personalization in your device settings.
Data Storage & Security

Account data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the US) with row-level security.
•
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.
•
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your Rights
•
Access — view your data in the Profile screen.
•
Deletion — request account deletion via the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing support. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
•
Data Portability — email support to request an export of your data.
•
Opt Out of Ads — subscribe to JackpotX Pro, or adjust ad personalization in your device settings.
Children's Privacy
JackpotX is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us for removal.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and on this website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
