1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, or using JackpotX (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What JackpotX is — and what it is not
JackpotX is a statistical analysis tool that summarizes publicly available lottery draw data for Powerball, Mega Millions, and Lotto Max. It is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
JackpotX is not a lottery retailer. We do not sell tickets, broker entries, or facilitate lottery participation. All purchases of actual lottery tickets must be made through authorized retailers in your jurisdiction.
JackpotX does not predict winning numbers. Lottery drawings are random. Any "smart picks", "projections", "trends", or similar output in the App describe historical patterns — they do not guarantee, imply, or improve the probability of winning any draw. Nothing in the App is investment advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use JackpotX. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscriptions
JackpotX offers an optional paid subscription ("JackpotX Pro") that removes advertising and unlocks advanced analytics. Subscriptions are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) through their standard in-app billing systems. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancel anytime via your device's Subscriptions settings. Refund requests follow Apple's and Google's respective policies.

Free trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled before then.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use JackpotX to promote illegal gambling.
•
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary analytics models from the App.
•
Scrape, automate, or resell any data served by the App or its backend.
•
Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation with JackpotX.
6. Intellectual Property
The App — including its code, UI, branding, and analytics models — is owned by JackpotX. Lottery draw results themselves are public information; the organization, presentation, and analysis of those results in the App is ours.
7. Disclaimers
JackpotX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App is uninterrupted, error-free, or that any statistics, projections, or analytics are accurate or complete. Lottery results depicted in the App are sourced from public data and may be delayed or incorrect.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JackpotX and its operators are not liable for any lottery ticket purchases, losses, or other financial decisions made in reliance on the App. Your maximum recoverable damages for any claim related to the App are limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Responsible Play
Lotteries carry the risk of financial loss. If you or someone you know has a problem with gambling, help is available:

10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
